1. What we own

YNF Deals ("we", "us") owns, or holds the exclusive rights to, the original content we create for our store. We call this Site Content, and it includes:

• the design, layout, and visual presentation of ynfdeals.com;
• the text we write, including product descriptions, guides, policy pages, and editorial content;
• the software and code that power the site;
• product photography and videos that we produce ourselves;
• recordings of our live auction streams on TikTok LIVE, including footage broadcast under our shops "YNF Deals" and "YNF Fragrance"; and
• the YNF Deals name, logo, and other marks that identify our business.

Site Content is protected by United States copyright law and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this policy are reserved.

Our live streams are broadcast publicly, and we may retain recordings of them. Public broadcast does not place that footage in the public domain — the recordings remain our property.

2. Brand content we use under license

We are an independent retailer of authentic Arabian, designer, and niche fragrances. Some imagery on our site — official product photos, brand logos, and brand videos — belongs to the fragrance houses and their licensors, not to us. We use that material with authorization, solely to depict and identify the genuine products we sell.

Brand names, logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners. YNF Deals is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those brands. Nothing on our site grants you any right to use a third party's trademarks or copyrighted material; permissions for that content must come from its owner.

3. What you may do

We want you to enjoy the store. For your personal, non-commercial use, you may:

• browse the site and view our content in your web browser or the TikTok app;
• share links to any page on ynfdeals.com — product pages, the shop, articles, or policies — on social media, in messages, or anywhere else;
• show a product page to a friend, save a page for your own later reference, or print a page for personal use, such as keeping a record of an order.

Sharing links is always welcome and never requires permission. A link points to our content where it lives; it does not copy it.

4. What you may not do

Except as allowed in Section 3 or with our prior written consent, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, or republish Site Content on another website, app, marketplace listing, social account, or publication;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download the site or its content, whether manually or with automated tools;
• download, screen-record, clip, or re-upload our product photography, videos, or live-stream recordings;
• use our photos, videos, or text to market or sell products anywhere — including on other e-commerce platforms or in your own listings;
• remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices, watermarks, or attributions;
• use our name or logo in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

The table below is a quick reference; where it is silent, Sections 3 and 4 above control.

Violations of this section also breach our Terms of Service, and we may suspend or block access, remove infringing material, and pursue any other remedy available to us under law.

5. Content you submit

You may submit content to us — for example, product reviews, ratings, comments, or photos and videos attached to a review or a support request. We call this User Content.

5.1 You keep ownership

User Content remains yours. Submitting it to us does not transfer your copyright.

5.2 The license you grant us

By submitting User Content, you grant YNF Deals a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and display that content on ynfdeals.com and in connection with operating our store — for example, showing your review on a product page. You can ask us to take down your User Content at any time by writing to [email protected] or through your account's Support area.

5.3 Your responsibility

Only submit content you created or have the right to share. Do not upload someone else's photos, videos, or text. We may remove User Content that infringes another person's rights or violates our Terms of Service.

6. Reporting copyright infringement

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and expect the same from everyone who uses our site. If you believe content on ynfdeals.com infringes your copyright, please follow the notice procedure in our DMCA Policy, which explains what a valid notice must contain and how counter-notices work.
