Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes. Every fragrance we sell is genuine, brand-new, and sourced through legitimate supply channels — never fakes, refills, or decants unless a listing explicitly says tester or sample. If anything ever seems off, contact us and we'll make it right.
How can you sell below retail?
We buy in volume and sell direct — mostly through nightly TikTok live auctions — so you get real designer and niche fragrances at a fraction of boutique prices. The savings come from how we source and sell, not from the product.
How do the live auctions work?
We go live on TikTok most nights around 8 PM ET. During the show we present bottles, you bid or buy, and winning orders sync straight to your account here. You can watch the exact moment you won each item from your order page.
How fast do you ship, and what does it cost?
Orders ship from the US, usually within 1–3 business days, with tracking. US shipping is free on orders over $75. You can follow every parcel from My Orders — the status updates automatically as it's packed, shipped, and delivered.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Open My Orders and every parcel shows a live Ordered → Packed → Shipped → Delivered timeline plus a tracking number you can click through to the carrier.
What's your return policy?
Unopened items in original condition can be returned within the window shown on our Returns page. For anything damaged or incorrect, message us from the order with a photo and we'll sort it quickly. Some live-auction and final-sale items may differ — see the Returns page for details.
Are these full bottles or testers?
Full retail bottles unless the listing clearly says otherwise. Tester and sample listings are always labelled as such, so you always know exactly what you're buying.
How do I get help with an order?
