Intellectual Property Policy

1. Our trademarks and brand

The names YNF Deals and YNF Fragrance, the YNF Deals logo, our wordmark, and the overall look of our brand identify our business. They are the trade names and marks of YNF Deals, and we reserve all rights in them.

You may refer to YNF Deals by name in ordinary, truthful ways — for example, in a review, a news article, or a link to our store. What you may not do is use our name, logo, or wordmark in a way that suggests we made, sponsored, or endorsed something we did not, or in any commercial branding of your own, without our prior written permission.

To request permission to use our marks, email [email protected] with a description of the intended use. Any permission we grant is limited to the use described and may be withdrawn if the use becomes misleading.

2. Third-party brands we sell

YNF Deals is a retailer of authentic Arabian, designer, and niche fragrances. The brand names, logos, bottle designs, and product images associated with those fragrances are the trademarks and copyrighted works of their respective owners. Nothing in this policy or on our store transfers any right in those brands to us or to you.

We use third-party brand names and imagery on ynfdeals.com and in our TikTok Shop listings for one reason: to accurately identify the genuine products we offer for sale. This is nominative fair use — using a brand's name because it is the only practical way to describe the brand's own product. Separately, where a brand has authorized us to use its official product imagery or videos, we use those assets under that authorization — see our Copyright Policy. Nominative fair use covers our references to brand names and marks; authorization covers the official media. Our products are sourced from authorized distributors and reputable wholesalers, and every item we sell is authentic.

YNF Deals is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the fragrance houses whose products we carry, and nothing on our website, our live streams, or our TikTok shops should be read as claiming otherwise.

3. Our website, software, and content

The ynfdeals.com website — including its software, page layouts, user interface, visual design, features such as the Fragrance Finder quiz and the customer portal at /my, and the text, graphics, and photographs we create — is the proprietary property of YNF Deals. All rights are reserved. Materials supplied by brands, such as official product images, remain the property of those brands and are used to identify genuine goods as described in Section 2.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the site to browse and shop for personal, non-commercial purposes. That license does not permit you to:

• copy, reproduce, or republish our site content, design, or software, in whole or in part;
• create derivative works based on our site, its interface, or its features;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site by automated means;
• frame or mirror any part of the site within another website or application; or
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

Anything you submit to us publicly, such as a product review, remains yours, but by submitting it you allow us to display it on our store in connection with the product it describes.

4. Domain names and social handles

Our official web presence is the domain ynfdeals.com and our TikTok shops "YNF Deals" and "YNF Fragrance". These are the only channels we operate, and communications from other domains or accounts claiming to be us are not authorized.

Do not register domain names, subdomains, or social media handles that incorporate or imitate our marks, and do not operate accounts that impersonate YNF Deals or our staff. If you encounter a website or account impersonating us, please report it to [email protected] so we can act on it, including reporting it to the relevant platform or registrar.

5. Raising an intellectual property concern

We respect the intellectual property of others and take rights-holder complaints seriously. If you are a brand owner, or an agent authorized to act for one, and you believe a listing, image, or other material on ynfdeals.com or in our TikTok shops infringes your rights, contact us with the following:

1. your name, organization, and role, and proof that you own the right at issue or are authorized to act for the owner;
2. identification of the trademark, copyright, or other right you believe is infringed;
3. the specific listing, URL, or material you are complaining about; and
4. a short explanation of why you believe the use infringes your rights.

Send this to [email protected] or by mail to the address in Section 6, marked for the attention of Legal. We respond promptly, investigate in good faith, and remove or correct material where the complaint is warranted. Where our use is lawful — for example, nominative use of a brand name to identify genuine goods lawfully acquired for resale — we will explain that basis in our response.

5.1 Copyright and the DMCA

Complaints specifically about copyright — for example, a photograph or text you own being reproduced without authorization — are handled under our DMCA process, which sets out the required contents of a takedown notice and our counter-notice procedure.
