Live Auction Terms

1. Live sales on TikTok

YNF Deals ("we", "us") is a retailer of authentic Arabian and designer & niche fragrances. In addition to our online store at ynfdeals.com, we sell through live auctions and claim sales broadcast on TikTok LIVE and completed through TikTok Shop, under our shops "YNF Deals" and "YNF Fragrance".

A live sale is any purchase made during or through one of our live streams. This includes auctions, where the item goes to the highest bid when bidding closes, and claims, where you commit to buy an item at the stated price by claiming it during the stream (for example, through TikTok's claim or flash-sale features, or by following the claim instructions announced by the host).

Because live sales run on TikTok's platform, TikTok's terms of service, community guidelines, and TikTok Shop purchase terms also apply to you. Where these Live Auction Terms are silent, our general Terms of Service govern. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

We are an independent reseller. Brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify genuine products; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.

2. Bids and claims are binding

When you place a bid in one of our live auctions, or claim an item during a stream, you are making a binding offer to buy. If your bid wins, or your claim is accepted, a purchase contract is formed and you are obligated to complete payment. Do not bid on or claim an item unless you are prepared to pay for it.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to bid, claim, or purchase. By participating in a live sale you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are buying for yourself, not on behalf of someone attempting to evade a block or restriction.

3. Payment

Payment for live sales is completed through TikTok Shop checkout. TikTok — not YNF Deals — processes your payment, under TikTok's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.

TikTok's payment deadline applies to every winning bid and accepted claim: you must complete checkout within the time TikTok Shop allows. Sales tax is collected where required by law (currently New York, at the 8.875% combined rate) and is applied at checkout.

3.1 Unpaid claims

If you do not complete payment by TikTok's deadline, your claim or winning bid may be cancelled and the item returned to inventory or offered to another buyer. Repeated non-payment is unfair to other bidders and to us, and may result in your being blocked from bidding or claiming in our future streams and from purchasing through our TikTok shops.

4. Pricing, lots & product descriptions

Items in a live sale are sold as described during the stream. The host's on-stream description of the item — brand, size, concentration, and condition — is the description that applies to your purchase, together with the TikTok Shop listing you check out against.

The final price is the hammer price (for auctions, your winning bid) or the claim price announced when you claimed the item, plus any applicable shipping and sales tax shown at TikTok Shop checkout. Prices in live sales are set in real time and may differ from prices on ynfdeals.com or in other streams; a price offered during one stream does not carry over to later purchases, and completed live sales are not repriced after the fact.

Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic, sourced from authorized distributors and reputable wholesalers. Fragrances are natural, batch-produced products: batch-to-batch variation in juice color, scent nuance, and packaging can occur and is normal, and is not a defect. We do not guarantee that a fragrance will match your personal scent preference or perform (project, last) a particular way on your skin.

5. Shipping & combining live orders

Live orders are fulfilled the same way as website orders, under our Shipping Policy. We ship within the United States only, via USPS and UPS, with a processing time of 1–3 business days. The shipping charge for a live order is the amount shown at TikTok Shop checkout. Your tracking number is provided by email and, if you have a ynfdeals.com account, in your account portal.

5.1 Hazmat limits on combining orders

Alcohol-based perfume is regulated as a hazardous material and ships as a limited-quantity ground shipment. These regulations cap how much fragrance can travel in a single parcel and restrict express and air options. As a result, we may not be able to combine multiple live purchases into one shipment, even when they are won in the same stream. Where combining is possible within carrier and TikTok Shop rules, we will do it; where it is not, each order ships separately with its own tracking number.

6. Streams, recordings & packing video

Our live streams are public broadcasts on TikTok. Anything you post in chat, and any interaction visible on stream (such as your username appearing when you bid or claim), is visible to the public audience and may appear in recordings of the stream. If you do not want your username or comments broadcast, do not participate in the live chat.

We may retain recordings of our streams for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and fraud protection. In addition, the packing of every order is video-recorded. Packing videos document what was placed in your parcel and protect both you and us if a dispute arises about a missing, wrong, or damaged item. Packing videos are retained for 90 days, or longer if needed for an active dispute. For details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Conduct in chat

Our streams are meant to be fun. To keep them that way, the following are not allowed in chat or in connection with our live sales:

• Harassment — abusive, hateful, or threatening comments directed at hosts, staff, or other viewers.
• Spam — flooding chat, repeated self-promotion, or posting links unrelated to the stream.
• Bid manipulation — shill bidding, coordinating with others to inflate or suppress prices, placing bids or claims with no intention to pay, or interfering with other buyers' bids.
• Off-platform dealing — attempting to move a live-sale transaction off TikTok Shop to avoid its checkout and protections.

We may hide or delete comments, mute or remove participants, cancel bids or claims we reasonably believe are manipulative or fraudulent, and block repeat offenders from our streams and shops. We also reserve our general anti-fraud rights: to verify identity, limit quantities, cancel suspicious orders, refuse service, and report suspected fraud to TikTok and to law enforcement. TikTok's community guidelines apply independently and are enforced by TikTok.

8. Returns & issues with live purchases

Live purchases follow the same rule as all YNF Deals purchases: all sales are final, with one exception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, report it to us within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Verified issues are resolved with a replacement, store credit, or a refund — your choice where stock allows. Because TikTok processed your payment, a refund to your original payment method is issued through the TikTok Shop refund system, and we will guide you through it. Our packing videos help us verify these claims quickly.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, scent preference, or bidding on the wrong item. Please listen to the host's description before you bid or claim.

Because live sales are completed through TikTok Shop, TikTok's own after-sale process may also apply to your order. Where TikTok Shop offers an after-sale path for your issue, you may use it; you can always contact us directly through the Support area of your ynfdeals.com account or at [email protected], and we will work the issue with you either way.
