YNF Deals ("YNF Deals", "we", "us") is a United States retailer of authentic Arabian, designer, and niche fragrances, based in Valley Stream, New York. We sell through two channels: our online store at ynfdeals.com, and live auctions on TikTok LIVE and TikTok Shop under the shop names "YNF Deals" and "YNF Fragrance".

Our agreements with customers are governed by the law of the State of New York, USA, as set out in our Terms of Service.
2. Customer support
For questions about an order, shipping, a damaged or incorrect item, your account, or anything else about shopping with us, use any of these channels:
- Support tickets — open a ticket from your account at /my/support. This is the fastest route, because your ticket is linked to your order history and lets you attach photos or video directly.
- Live chat — available on the site when an agent is online.

Our support team works Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time. We typically respond within 1 business day. Messages received outside those hours are answered on the next business day.
One deadline matters more than any other: if your item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, report it within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Sending us a legal notice
Formal legal notices to YNF Deals — including demands, disputes, subpoenas, and notices required under our Terms of Service — must be made in writing and delivered to one of the following:

YNF Deals is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the fragrance brands we carry. Brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners, and we use them solely to identify the genuine products we sell.
Every product we sell is 100% authentic, sourced from authorized distributors and reputable wholesalers. We do not sell counterfeit, tester-mislabeled, or diluted products. 7. Effective dates & versioning
Every legal document we publish is versioned. Each document displays its own effective date, and the version published at its permanent address in the index above is always the current, controlling version.
When we make a material change to a document — one that meaningfully affects your rights or obligations — we announce it on the site before or when the new version takes effect. Minor edits, such as clarifications or contact updates, may take effect on publication.
